In his research project, funded by the Gerda Henkel Foundation, historian Dr. David Dee deals with a social history of sport and examines the importance of boxing in the integration of immigrants. Among other things, he focuses on the early period when boxing went from an illegal activity to an organized sport, producing, for example, boxing greats such as Daniel Mendoza. Born in 1764 to Jewish immigrants, Mendoza became the English professional boxing champion in 1790 and thus rose to the highest circles of the English population.

as the author of »Deutscher Meister« (https://hoffmann-und-campe.de/products/253-deutscher-meister), a prizewinning novel about the defense artist Johann Rukelie Trollmann (https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/62355), I highly appreciate your work and would like to listen to your podcasts, but I need to download them. Can you please make that possible?
Best regards
