In the last part of the Herrenhausen Conference on Governing Humanitariansm three scholars reflect on the intersection between Humanitarianism, Develompent, and Global Human Rights. Jan Eckel (University of Freiburg, Germany) deals with "Civil Activism and the Global South, 1960s to 1990s", Alex Ntung (University of Kent, Canterbury, UK) reflects on "African Agency: local governance, power relation and decentralisation in the DRC", and Tala Khrais (Forum of Federations, Jordan) discusses "The Importance of Empowering Women for Leadership Roles for Inclusive Governance Advancement in Jordan".
